A Carnival Cruise Line guest was arrested for allegedly attacking children who were playing in an onboard hallway.
According to documents from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, 44-year-old David Crosby II was running down a hallway where a group of three kids was playing tag on the Carnival Glory on July 26. The ship was on a three-night Bahamas cruise that departed from Port Canaveral on July 24, per CruiseMapper.
The arrest affidavit said Crosby, of Georgia, "stopped running and struck” at least one child in the face.
He also struck at least one child in the stomach. The affidavit stated there were two victims but redacted their identities and did not specify which attacks were committed on which child.
Crosby pleaded not guilty, according to court documents. An attorney listed for the passenger did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
